Exchange, Return and Refunds


We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and  effort that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where has erroneously sent you a wrong item/colour/size.

You need to mail us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to notify us of the issue No Refunds will be entertained under following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect delivery address.
  2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  3. Product returned is damaged due to use or misuse.
  4. Product returned has a defect but has been used.
  5. The products returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.
  6. Package refused by recipient.

Note: Refunds are granted only after receiving the returned shipment and the return is validated.

In case replacement is the only option then the shipping charges for the return is to be paid by the customer.  Kamalabycci takes care of providing a suitable replacement as per customer’s choice from the goods available in our inventory along with shipping back



Every single piece goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic Please notify us at support within 48 hours of receiving the order for us to assess, validate and accept or decline a return. Please mention the order number in the subject line, the reason behind your intention to Return / Exchange the product to help us quickly process your request.

After confirmation from our shipping team please dispatch the product to our address.

Please pack the product in the original packing along with the tags of the same. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Kindly ensure to keep the tracking details of the parcel until received by us.  We are not responsible for the item lost or damaged during transit.

Return requests will only be entertained if the customer has accepted only untampered package. 

Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or  credit Note (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10 days. If, however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 20 days of our receiving of the return package from you. Kamalabycci will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.

Products that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product. Please make sure to note if the product ordered is eligible for exchange at the time of purchasing it.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept its decision regarding the return validation that is – if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not.. 

For repeated return of products from a customer i.e. more than 50% of the delivered products, the customer will be intimated that future orders on non-cancellation and non-return basis

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he / she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund,. You may, however, look at existing stock and order a replacement from the same, subject to the same or lower price. We support Replacement across categories in case of damaged item.

You may also opt for a credit note which can be used to choose any alternative product of your choice of the same value or higher from our list of products. If the value of the product chosen is more than the credit available, the customer will have to pay extra to complete the order

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our online store.


Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.


Please note that there may be certain Purchase /  that we are unable to accept/ fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
